This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—greeted with a glass of champagne, warm smiles, and true professionalism. Our room was absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool view, and every single day felt like a truly unforgettable experience. I honestly can’t say enough about the service; it was the best I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I was there with my best friend and my 16-year-old daughter, and everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was outstanding with beautiful décor, a wonderful ambiance, and delicious food. The lounges were equally impressive, featuring live music and a very friendly atmosphere—other guests were kind and engaging, and we enjoyed great conversations with them. I can completely understand why this resort has been featured in Forbes, because it is hands down the best place I have ever stayed. I will absolutely be returning again and again.

We booked through the The Edit by Chase, so we received many perks through them: room upgrade, early check-in and check-out, breakfast and $100 property credit. Independent of the aforementioned perks, every single person we encountered on the property was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We did give advance notice that we were visiting for our wedding anniversary, and we were greeted with champagne on arrival, as well as a cute fruit plate with handwritten notes in our room. All staff members in the valet, reception, bar, pool and cleaning departments were friendly and made us feel so special. The rooms, hallways, and pool were all very clean. We also walked over to the JW to check out the lazy river, but we much preferred the pool on the Ritz side. The food and service in Knife and Spoon was absolutely wonderful. The buffet breakfast in Highball and Harvest was also delicious and had tons of options. We loved this hotel so much and were sad to leave. We would definitely come back.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando was made truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Oliver, the manager. Oliver is the definition of professionalism. He handled every detail with genuine care, passion, and a smile. Any issues we encountered were resolved quickly, effortlessly, and with a sincere desire to make our stay perfect. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable and reflects the highest standards of The Ritz-Carlton. A special thank you as well to Neoman at the pastry shop, originally from Bali. His warm personality, exceptional service, and kindness made every visit a pleasure. Thank you both for creating such a memorable experience. It is people like you who make guests want to return. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and we can’t wait to come back!

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the grounds and amenities were genuinely impressive. The resort offers multiple dining options, all of which added to the overall experience, and the level of service throughout the property was exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. A special mention goes to Moses at reception, who was exceptional. He was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay got off to the perfect start. His customer service was outstanding and is a credit to the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay and a property I would happily return to and recommend to others visiting Orlando.
